Just cut up a hot dog or sausage into little chunks and cook it in a skillet until they're browned. Anything else would take so long the noodles would be cold and shitty by the time you are ready to eat.

I like to make mine with cheddar, gruyere, and some sort of hard cheese. Then I like to add hot stewed tomatoes on top.

Get a pan
Put oil in it
Slice up sausages about 1cm thin
Put them on the pan
Move them around with a fork
When they're cooked on both sides, add a bottle of water
Get some good ramen like Nongshim and put it in the water
Add all the seasonings and shit, maybe throw a bay leaf in that bitch
Cook the noods
Pour into a bowl
