Got no yellow corn meal. But I do have lots of white corn meal. Can I use these interchangeably?

Don't forget to peel your hotdog after it's done in the microwave.

dagwood dogs are made with pancake batter, you retard
thats why they're not that popular, the sweet batter doesnt really go with the savoury taste of the sausage, tomato sauce and mustard

two things about this

1. in the USA a cawn dog is made with cornmeal batter
2. in the USA pancake batter isn't sweetened; in Australia pancake batter almost always has sugar in it for some reason (probably because the syrup game here is pretty dismal)

so to fix this sweetness problem you should either be battering with unsweetened cawnmeal or using plain buttermilk pancake mix

White cornmeal isn't going to be as sweet so the flavor won't be what you're expecting. But honestly that might be a good thing.

Without issue, though the color will be a bit pallid.

they are equivalent

I think it's a North vs South difference, only...unless you ask a Venezuelan
