I've made many of his recipes, and they've always been great, but I use the text versions because I cannot fucking stand anything about him. I hate his fag tone and his gay little hands. I strongly recommend his version of the Rochester garbage plate. I myself just fry frozen French fries for the potato portion and I have a version with German sausage and a sriracha ketchup, plus a spicier meat sauce derived from Green Bay chili (what is erroneously called Cincinatti chili), that I call a Brew City dumpster fire.
