I have no idea about his other content and how he is as a cook but I like his DDD series and I just love how positive it is.
Seriously, that's what I like most about it and I'm not even opposing it to Kitchen Nightmares or something, everytime I tried watching some food dokumentaries on Netflix they have to tell me the fucking life stories and hardships of people instead of focusing on their cooking.
