How should I prepare this meat? I just shot the thing from my bedroom window and harvested:
-1 rack of ribs
-1 lung

>heart
>1 front leg
>1 rear leg

The first time I killed a groundhog I was skittish and only harvested the liver; Fried in just butter and it tasted really good and was soft and not chewy at all. This time I got enough meat for a whole dinner.

Dinnertime is in 2-3 hours

I once shot a woodchuck in the jaw/face and it just laid on it's back and started looking around like nothing happened. Then I played with it for awhile and it didn't run away. Rack of ribs and the larger hind leg are lathered in a mix of Baby Rays BBQ sauce and mustard. I'm putting it in the oven for 45 min at 380 degrees, gonna flip halfway through.

SBR'ing isn't too expensive. $200 for the tax stamp and ~$50 to get the lower engraved. Form 1 efile so it only takes a month or less, but i dont know current processing times. I'd prefer there be no tax stamp though

The concept of property is so foreign to Europeans that they take issue with shooting pests that pose a threat to livestock and/or agriculture. Probably because they all live in "flats" the size of sardine cans with a dozen other people and having a lawn is seen as some sort of white man luxury.

I don't understand. Don't europeans have farms? Do mega-corps own them or are there still farmers? Or are they importing food from us here in the US? Where do euros get their food? I'll say this.
