I've maintained roughly +- 10lbs the same skinny ass weight for almost 15 years now. 6 foot, 140lbs. I don't think about it at all and I enjoy the occasional binge eat as well.

I've been doing a lot of heavy lifting type manual labor and have been consciously eating more feels really good.

I like sleeping more than I like eating and will opt for an extra few hours of sleep over getting up and preparing yet another meal.
Heavier people seem to be the opposite where they will forgo sleep in exchange for eating additional meals or snacks.
Also I'm not very creative and my meals tend to be simple one or two ingredient combinations, like a block of instant noodles with the chicken flavor that comes in the pack or a mac and cheese cup. I notice fat people will bring together all sorts of different foods and condiments so that they're never just eating one simple item.

I probably do have decent genetics, but my mother also fed me small to medium small lowish calorie dinners for most of my childhood. I think that kinda set my standards for portion control or something like that.

I forgot to add that now that I'm actually "lifting weights" and consciously eating more I'm putting on weight, but mainly muscle. I think.

I was at 135 and started losing weight when I was doing one meal a day out of sheer laziness. After about 2 weeks you stop feeling hungry outside of your feeding window. It's worth a shot if you enjoy binge eating, but want to lose weight.

I am fat because I was a husky kid at 10, clogged a toilet, and then I was scared of pooping ever since. Longest I held my poops was 7 days. I absolutely annihilated my metabolism. I once shit off the back porch into the lawn and gaslit my dad into believing it was dog poop. I watched him clean it up and I was ashamed. Sorry pops.

I finished 20 wings from wingstop today. 10 lemon garlic 10 original hot. Down it with blu cheese and two glasses of milk. Also got a big lift in, took the dog for a run, and had a pretty tough hockey game. Trimmed some trees in the backyard too. 10% body fat.. Its all about balance man

I also wonder this. I haven't managed to stop drinking alcohol and soda, and even cut back significantly on junk food. But the temptation of have an extra serving of Bolognese or bacon and eggs is sometimes too much to resist.
Luckily I walk ~3 hours each day and work on my feet so I still keep my weight in check
