Would you try this recipe?

I mean how is it different than making some taco meat and grating up your cheese of choice over top. Outside of saving some time. Grow up.

I would, but not with Hormel chili
I ate a can of it for dinner a week ago and was floored by how fucking salty it was

white people just make nachos all weird and shit lol

>> No.18067077

It's not really a recipe, more of just a suggestion.
I suppose I would, though, if I had some Hormel chili that needed to be eaten.

White people invented nachos and that is a proper plate of nachos grande
cheese sauce
ground beef
jalapenos
onions
tomato
cilantro
and i drizzle of sour cream

>> No.18067157

>>18067140
That drizzle is aesthetic as fuck but I need more sour cream than that to actually enjoy the nachos.

>White people invented nachos
Nachos are named after the man who first made the dish, and no white person is named Nacho.

Yeah, no shit. I occasionally eat this for a quick meal when I'm worn out and don't want to cook.
Dollar tree Chili can be breddy good if you read the labels.
They have organic snacks too.

I tried once--
They could maybe serve as a decent no-cook emergency food, but I've made my own Tamales from scratch before, They aren't even close.

I tried to cook them in a pan, slowly simmer in the sauce. I tried adding salt, chili powder, after cooking I tried salsa and sour cream on 'em. Nothing helped. They were awful, bro.

It's been a few years...I vowed to NEVER toucxh them again.
That weird parchment wrapper on each imparts a weird flavor too, I'll bet.
Also--stay away from the Dollar store cheese from Las vegas, Nevada

I don't know if their formula has changed, but I enjoyed this as a kid but cannot tolerate it at all. It's just 1 shade away from being dog food today.

I generally dislike soupy nachos, so no.
If I'm eating canned chili slop, it's probably going to be cold out of the can. Or on a hotdog.
