If you're going to pick a philly sandwich at least go with the broccoli rabe and pork loin. Had it once in philly and now I make them every so often. In the top 5 hot sandwiches of all time imo. Pic rel is a giant one I made for some friends. If you haven't tried one, I'd definitely recommend it.
