18057625 No.18057625 [Reply] [Original]

What are some US states that are so lame, they don't really have their own claim to food fame?

Example: New Mexico. Their whole thing is Hatch green chiles. Apparently they use them in a lot of foods and make cheeseburgers with them. Whoo-whee. Other than that they have nothing besides imported cuisine from CA, TX, and Mexico.

The only states that matter in america are Cali, Florida, NYC, and I guess Texas. Cali has the best Asian, contemporary american, and calmexican food, Florida has the best Caribbean, latinx, and southern food, NYC has the best global food from anywhere in the world, and Texas has the best bbq and classic American.

I guess Massachusetts is also kind of important but I have no clue what they eat there
