I've learned a lot more from Ethan than Ragusea. I feel like Ethan tackles recipes from a home cook perspective but adds enough "if you wanna go a step further" into it. His buck wheat crepe video was great. I don't get too bent out of shape over any of them though

Some of Adam's videos are informative, but he's difficult to listen to for a full video. Ethan definitely knows how to cook, but he clearly panics when cooking live and makes some goofy mistakes. That being said Ethan makes some good videos and food from what I've watched.
