Breakfast: eggs and avocados, coffee with whole cream. Full fat greek yogurt with some macerated strawberries.
Lunch: usually just snack on walnuts, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, that sort of thing.
Dinner: Hamburgers, turkey burgers, salad with high fat dressing like bleu cheese, maybe some broccoli with parm sprinkled on top.

I'm not doing keto exactly but because I eat zero processed sugar and I'm a avoiding high GI like the plague (so close to no flours) I can give you a bread recipe that I have made many times and I'm pretty happy with it.
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup flax meal
1 whole egg and 3 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp vinegar
Just throw all together, mix and bake.
You can beat the egg whites to meringue levels and then add the rest but imo doesn't worth the effort.
Mind you it's not low calories, but it is close to zero carbs and it actually feels like bread.
If you toast it with avocado and eggs it's an awesome meal.

The only thing it does is make you lose your appetite so you fast all day and lose weight that way.

This graph is utterly retarded and downright misinformation. It’s not about eating fat it’s about eating real nutrient dense food that humans are supposed to eat and that don’t negatively affect metabolic markers of good health. Ie. Meat, eggs, offal, seafood, and non-starchy veggies.

False. Keto keeps your insulin levels low meaning more time with access to your stores of fat, meaning your body is more likely to "waste" calories.

Which is great all by itself.

I was doing keto for a few months, and then one night found a can of some sort of Japanese alcoholic beverage in the fridge. I drank it, it was full of sugar. A few hours later I was STARVING and I suddenly realized that I hadn't felt that sort of hunger for several weeks at least.

It really REALLY helps and makes a huge difference.

Same argument but with refined carbohydrates and plant seed oils. And if you say sugar, flour, canola/corn/soybean/sunflower oil aren't food, you're excluded from the conversation.
All food is processed in some one. Picked vegetables may be washed and scrubed, meat may be tenderized, marinated, seasoned, thermally processed, wheat may be dehulled, ground, sunflower seeds may be shelled, cold-pressed, roasted.
Protein powder is highly processed, and may well be the only protein for people with chewing problems.
Yeah, it can be as simple as saying exclude/minimize processing, but then you can have a pointless battle with sb over details.

I didn't say anything about this. I just said we have enzymes to help digest starch. I don't think there's a problem with root vegetables and beans. Nobody seems to develop health problems from eating them. Whole grains seem alright.

>All food is processed in some one.
When people say processed food, they typically mean "ultra-processed food". This is something specific that doesn't involve basic preparations like cutting vegetables and marinating meat.

raspberries have very little carbs too
strawberries are also low on carbs

Theres a possibility to eat a 0.5-1dl of those berries on keto diet a day
