You have all the ingredients for this in your fridge. But ask yourself this: of all the times you've made it at home, has it ever tasted like the McDonald's McMuffin?

>> No.18027255

Their muffin has a bit more sugar in it than the ones you buy at the store.

>> No.18027275

My ham egg and cheese bagel is better. They got rid of their steak egg n cheese bagel anyway.
However, I did notice that with burgers whenever I made one. It turns out microwaving it for 15 seconds after you make it, gets it pretty close.

it tastes better

Not even close and anyone who says otherwise is a coping faggot nothing you will ever make will be good as mcdonalds

Every time I made it myself it was better. Every imitation, every simulacrum, was better. But each one took more time than the drivethru.

>> No.18027570

mine taste worse and are worse in all aspects despite my best efforts and the finest ingredients and equipment that money can buy, and the finest training

It's probably holding the ingredients for a long time or an excessive amount of fat in the meat softening it.

Well I dont have the little metal circle thing they cook the egg in to make it perfectly round

I don't keep english muffins in my fridge, but yes, I do. I use less butter, don't cook my eggs as hard, give my ham a little bit of sear, and slice off cheddar instead of "American cheese", so no, it doesn't taste like Megonals, but I prefer mine.

mine has never tasted like mcdonalds. that's a good thing
at home I can and do have an over-easy egg instead of the hard steamed they offer.
It's so much better with a runny yolk. Plus the muffins they use these days are shit quality, they are almost a gray color

Its largely this, but /ck/ is too stupid to recognize it. Multiple times I have explained why here, and each time I get ignored.
You people are just plain stupid. Too stupid to replicate what uneducated 16 year old employees do every day, even is lesser cultures, brown countries. And, even worse, too stupid to figure out why, even when the answer is fucking told to you.
God I hate this place. Truly the home of the retard.

Mine usually tastes better than theirs, mostly because I use more cheese and the egg isn't cooked to fuck.

we tried to give you multiple chances to provide us hot takes and frankly, (everyone makes fun of you when your not around ((even the tards)))

>> No.18028399

No, it's been better. They're stingy with the "bacon" and their eggs are over cooked to fuck and back

I can't imagine there's anybody that eats enough egg and bacon muffins to warrant such a purchase, and anybody selling them commercially wouldn't waste extra money on a unitasker that results in an inferior end product
Exactly who is this for?

>> No.18028405

>>18028403
I'm guessing it's better if you were to toast the muffin before assembly.
If I ever see one for a few bucks at a tag sale, I'll try it out for sure

I worked at mcdonalds for a year when I was 16, and the sausage patty box stated they were 65% meat, 35% fat and "connective tissue". Then again that was over 10 years ago so it might have changed, though I doubt it's for the better

Also the beef ones were 30% fat, most of which leaks out anyway and has to be scraped off the grill every couple of times you lay burgers down. It also splashes you with boiling oil because the tool they give you is a piece of shit. I still have visible burns to this day

but in terms of efficiency it would still be faster and better to cook it all concurrently at home or at a commercial scale
A truly perplexing device

It's not like it costs $800K and you need to justify the expense with constant daily use, anon. You could easily spend more on one trip to Outback Steakhouse than the cost of that device.

it's gimmick device for college students who can't cook and zombies who order things from tv infomercials.
