Looks like a greasy mess. Any one of those items are fine in moderation, but not all together. Americans just don't eat 3rd world like this. This is all cheap uninteresting low end items with lousy arab sauce.

But, Dominicans, Colombians and Nicaraguans do fried foods right... There are restaurants all over Miami for every neighborhood called "fritangas" where you buy fried foods by the pound to take home. They are purely takeout restaurants in strip mall shopping centers.
A nica platter will have arroz with beans, like a gallo pinto, though, some fried queso slabs of bubbly crispy fresh cheese, delicious chunks of fried or stewed meats, some pickled cabbage salad, filled fritters stuffed with seasoned meat surrounded by crispy potatoes, yuca or plantains, and so on...
