Tomato puree, brown sugar, honey, apples, onions, cumin, coriander, mustard, Chipotles, garlic, salt, pepper, anchovies, beer.

Sweat onions and garlic, add apples and other spices/sugar. Add beer as the last of the water cooks out, cook au sec. Add tomatoes and honey. Cook until everything is mush. Blend and strain.

Or something like that. Depends on what I have on hand that day/night before. Apple wood for the smoke.

Sides would range as well. Definitely Cole slaw and definitely some good, American beans. Probably collards and Mac and cheese too. We talking about barbecue here boys.
