I like em but they harden too quickly. Feel like adding an emulsifier to the cheese would help like sunflower lecithen

you eat them too slowly.

Fried cheese predates string cheese by 500 years you feces-trespassing ultrafaggot.

Cheese used to be made by leaving milk out to dry in the sun, and the first cheeses where fried by leaving them out to long. It's literally ancient.

Cheese fried in oil originated in the early middle ages in Egypt and spread to Europe later by way of the Ottomans. The earliest recipe for battered fried cheese is present in a late 14th century French cookbook, but the style of dish is present in a number of cuisines across Europe.

do you really think that objects must be introduced into storyline based on when they were invented in chronological order?

worked at a pizzeria and we had cheese sticks. if you leave them in the fryer too long (they'd go down for like two minutes, one minute more and it's over) they'd explode and we'd have to remake them. However, they're still cheese sticks so whenever our chinky chef would forget about them he'd just give them to me. Only good thing about working there.
