For me it's Raymond Blanc, the friendliest, most comfy television chef.

He's a true og. His restauran/hotel is beautiful and a place I would love to go once in my life. His view on michelin stars is hyper based.

He had MPW work for him before Marco got his three stars as well. Awesome dude and his cookbook manoir aux quats saison is great. Restaurant recipes, but there's some cool things in there.
