It's pretty good, but it's not a "put on anything sauce". I think Louisana style hot sauces have a more legitimate claim to that.

Not sure why sriracha ever had that distinction. IMO it's only good in a few applications, mainly chinese takeout.

el yucateca is the best mass produced hot sauce imo. the variety you posted is my favorite but i also like the green and black varieties. i put it on everything, lately been enjoying it with fried eggs beans and pico de gallo served over crispy tortillas or chips
