It used to be this beautiful medium steak, pink in middle with a nice malliard reaction crust.

Now it comes in a bag prevooked and is warmed up in a microwave. Its always overcooked brown, and super dry. No jjice or spice. Gross.

You have to pay $15 to get a barely edible burrito. Meanwhile, you go to any of the dozens of authentic Mexican places, where no one speaks English, in your town and you can get twice as much food for half the price and avocado is included on almost everything and the food tastes amazing and is always fresh.

Never go to Chipotle before they finish their lunch hour. They always reheat the meat, beans, and rice, from the night before. Worst time to go is right when they open.

I used to work there until 2020. You're wrong. Chicken came pre-marinated and was grilled fresh. Steak was marinated in store and grilled fresh. Barbacoa, Carnitas, Queso, and beans were all re-thermed in bags. Salsa's came in bags with the exception of pico which was pre-packaged and just required assembly. Rice, fajitaswere made fresh and guac was made daily.
