Back in high school I would sometimes bring a packet of brown sugar cinnamon ones in my backpack to eat at robotics club (my brother loved them and had no appetite in the morning so parents bought a lot) and they always, without fail, after about 45 minutes, made my chest feel like it was collapsing in on itself and that if I did anything but stand straight up and focus on my breathing I would die.
