I like the texture. It was lightly seared on one side, topped with green onion sesame oil sesame seeds and a quail egg. Seaweed on the side. As a kid, we'd get marinated chicken breast from our local market and I'd eat that shit raw too sometimes. Never had a problem. I fuckin love raw meat, grew up eating something akin to steak tartar and I love sushi type shit too. I'd even try mett as ugly as it is should the opportunity arise. I did get salmonella once but I think that was from an el toritos or something. I only learned it was salmonella because I was doing a poop test for something else and a public health employee came knocking at our door to track down the salmonella outbreak. I was fine then too, I only remember being kinda constipated

>proceed to shit diarrhea every 30min or so for 2 days straight
>bedridden
>even the host got concerned and asked if I was OK
>don't even have the energy to watch anime or something
>just stare at the ceiling all day and occasionally fall asleep only to wake up and take another shit

I was probably 12 and was on a summer trip to the adriatic, I was a big fan of Bear Grylls so me and my buddy decided to catch something to eat. We ended up collecting a bunch of oysters and just ate em without properly cleaning them or anything. I was lucky enough to get home the same day since it was the last day we were in Croatia and I ended up getting the worst case of poisoning i ever had. I threw up everything, my stomach was completely empty but the gag reflex would make me continue heaving even tho I had nothing to throw up. I would take a sip of water and immediatly throw it up, this lasted for 2 days with nausea lingering for a whole week. Still like Bear Grylls tho.

I got a bad craving for a coke (almost never drink them so I didn't have any) but it was 2 AM and I live in bumfuck nowhere. As it happens, my dad collects special edition cans and a lot of them are full, so I drank one of those. Didn't feel bad afterwards but the taste wasn't right enough to hit the spot, overall 6/10.

Little Ceasers. I haven't had it in years and I was never a hater or anything but I figure one day it's hot out, I'm hungry lemme get a 6 dollar pizza. Well it gave me some of the worst diarrhea I've had in years not quite food poisoning but that feeling of having to shit even when there's nothing coming out. >Projectile vomit on the floor in the bathroom before I make it to a stall or a sink

They let me and a couple others reattempt our prac exam later and I passed. Refrigerate chicken dishes I guess.

there's a 7/11 that is also a "laredo taco" near my house and when you walk in everyone in the store says "welcome to laredo tco" instead of 7/11
they really try to push the tacos too. I walked in and just looked at the menu and the guy was really trying to sell them and I was like I'm just looking at the menu dude and they asked me like 5 times if I wanted a sample of anything and I said no
I got carne asada and it was 50% gristle and I had to spit half of it out
