NEVER dollop sour cream on the nachos, you have to get the squeeze bottle or put it in a ziploc bag and cut the corner off and squeeze it onto the nachos. The same goes for guacamole. The chips in the center of the pic are ruined. NEVER use ground beef, always opt for steak cuts of some kind. Lastly, put a big tortilla on the bottom of the nacho pile so that everything that falls off becomes its own soft taco.

fuckoff I love ground beef

Damn that's a really good idea

I find ground beef is better for nachos because of distribution, there's more particles per chip of beef than whole slices of steak. However, I concur with everyone else that that soft taco idea is fucking genius. Anon, you might be onto something here.

Instead of using taco sauce use 10w30 weight motor oil

1. Place the toppings on each individual chip and bake in the oven. Don't just pour all chips in a bowl and dump the toppings over only the top layer.

2. Crema instead of sour cream.

3. Sprinkle Queso Fresco over completed chips.

4. Fresh jalapenos instead of jarred.

5. Top with shredded meat stewed in mexican seasonings.

Anything more extravagant and you're going to be making your own chips.

UK. I've been waiting for over a month now, Tesco, Sainsbury, Asda, even Lidls are all out of stock except for some shitty Doritos. I've noticed this seems to be very common for certain popular products, as soon as they come in stock they are instantly sold out within a couple of days and you have to wait another month for resupply.

>sour cream, guacamole, salsa
I had a taco bar of sorts and people were going. nuts, making shrimp tacos w/ crab bisque sauce; taking Mexican corn on the cob and mixing it w/ crab imperial; making 'chip' tacos w/ all the nacho stuff
it was great.
tl;dr just have a nacho bar. had mine right next to the bloody Mary bar

I think about this every time OP asks what he should do with a meal he's gonna be eating shortly. Dude probably made up his mind before the first reply even came in and then 3 days later people are still making suggestions, I guess it's not really for OP but just general food discussion.
