What are some kitchen gadgets/tools you think are actually worth it?

I like immersion blenders (pic related) because they're genuinely very convenient to have around. Doesn't have to be anything big/expensive could be something small if its useful. Niche things accepted.

There aren't many kitchen "gadgets" I have or use, but I use my egg slicer often enough to justify keeping it around.
Also some anon recommended me microwave potato bags, which I thought were a meme, but I use them a decent amount too, actually surprisingly convenient.

As for machines or unitaskers, I have a rice cooker, which I guess most people consider unneccessary unless you cook decent amounts of rice, but it doubles as a small convenient steamer for a single portion and I make porridge and cake in it.
I also have a milk foamer. Those stovetop units that froth/foam milk either cold or they also heat it. Given how much I like milkfoam on my coffee or matcha latte, it gets plenty of use.
I guess my aeropress counts, since I use it for coffee, spätzle and churros.

I have a stoneware microwave egg cooker. The eggs don't retain the microwaved eggs flavor because the stoneware heats up faster and cooks the eggs quicker than the microwave, though will taste microwavey if overcooked.

I do my microwaved eggs in an oversized coffee mug. Works pretty good, and sounds like your thing.

faster, easier cook than frying
MUCH faster, easier cleanup than frying
They come out a lot like poached eggs.
Would you ask why someone was poaching eggs?

Microwave eggs are rubbish. No matter how you do them. Poached eggs are not.

Sorry, but you're wrong, and for the sheer act of snobbery, no less.
Wow.
