i like tuna salad. when im in the mood ill make egg salad or chicken salad.

heres my go to tuna salad;
>1 can yellowfin or albacore, drained
>1.5 celery stalks
>1 green onion, chopped or 1.5 tablespoons red onion
>1/3 cup mayo
>1 tablespoon yellow mustard
>1 tablespoon pickled relish
>salt and pepper
>dill
>2 teaspoons olive oil
>squirt of lemon juice
>mix well
>garnish with parsley flakes, serve on toast

Gives it a darker color, but holy shit is it good.
