That's actually much less cringe than Russian, Hungarian or Balkanic cuisine. There are some real stinkers in there, like rye soup (with literal eggs in it!), cabbage stew, literal purple soup, Jesus fuck, how godless (and also containing an egg!), carp (just no), what looks like salami (all salami is cringe), cabbage rolls, what looks like meat jelly, some plain-ass potaotes with pork rinds, what looks like tomato soup with pasta (wtf?), a nasty bell pepper spread (just look at that grody texture), what could be trout with sauerkraut and bread (as though fried fish wasn't a cringe enough dish by itself) and of course pickles.

But the rest of that food is pretty good and pretty much up to Western European standards.
