When I lived in Southern California there was a surprising amount of pubs and the few times I went the food was great. Steak and ale pie, bangers and mash, a Sunday roast it was all delicious.

I grew up in LA county, the south bay area and for some reason there were a lot of pubs and me and my friends just tried them as you do in your 20s and yeah the food was good, the drinks were good and so were the bants. I think having a friend who was really into the premier league he wanted that authentic experience well as close as we could get in Los Angeles it was fun.
