You and your opinion are shit. In the midwest we eat it with onion and rye. Like anything, you can make a burger out of it. Red onion, rye bun, ground sirloin (medium rare), and a little limburger. Don't overcook the meat or the sandwich will end up too dry, you really don't want condiments for this one.
