I get that thats why I like him but him and Adam are the "technical" aspects of cooking channels but adams dosen't really explain the technical aspects well in a way you can apply them Ethan goes into depth and has much better and more useful info on the way of cooking things certain ways

adam doesnt really claim this, he is pretty open about just trying to make things easier and using short cuts that would be useful for someone who cant dedicate a lot of time to cook, but still wants tasty things. he is pretty hit or miss between retarded takes and actual useful short cuts though
