What are some good ways to prepare liver? Aside from the standard milk brine + pan fry.
Also, would chicken liver work well in place of beef, or are they totally different like the muscle meat?

Liver is one of those things that I know is amazing nutritionally but the taste when cooked is so off-putting that I can't bring myself to eat it regularly. Nevertheless, I recommend buying it as fresh as possible and slicing thin and just swallowing it raw. Whatever I don't eat on the first day or two raw I freeze in bite sizes pieces and add to smoothies or just pop like a big pill.

When I make liver, I like to make red wine pan sauce with some onions and parsley.

They're very small. You'd be better off grilling them or something.

just eat it raw. make sure you buy organic, fresh, and grass fed beef liver. no reason to eat something that is concentrated with steroids and antibiotics

Make a liver sandwich. I follow a recipe fairly close to this one: https://amiraspantry.com/beef-liver-with-sauce-kebdah/
