I have to agree. I'm more prone to drink plain seltzer or club soda if I need a fizzy fix, but Boylan ginger ale and Cheerwine are both damn good.
Have tried Sprecher a few times, as they carry it at the local Menards--The ginger ale always tastes like a band-aid,(a plaster for you non-burgers.)
Always disappointing.

Glass faygo is pretty good actually. Way better than the stuff from plastic bottles. HOWEVER the best soda hands down is sprecher red apple. It is only in fall and they haven't had it out in a few years due to high apple prices. Menards has 4 packs of every kind of sprecher for $4. They also have 24 packs for I think $18ish.
