There's some weirdo who has been here all day posting about mayonnaise in people's threads.

Do not listen to the mayonnaise guy.

Miracle Whip isn't even mayo.

I'm not a weirdo and I haven't been here all day. And I'd never recommend miracle fucking whip. You got me all wrong

It's the one of a kind taste of creamy mayo and tangy dressing

>> No.17866839

How would you alter regular mayonnaise you made yourself to become miracle whip. It's just thinner and more sour or what?

Also - does anyone here make ranch dressing from homemade mayo - what do you add to make it "ranch"?

a sandwich just isn't a sandwich without the tangy zip of miracle whip

Miracle whip contains eggs, oil and vinegar but since it contains much less oil it is not Mayonnaise and cannot be claimed as such

no it needs more fat

you don't make a coke zero into a coke classic by adding more splenda

>> No.17866941

>>17866932
what % oil is it?

I feel like my mayo is probably 80% or something like that just guessing

i use egg yolks and oil and lemon juice and maple syrup or honey and mustard powder and salt

i assume miracle whip is somewhat less oil, more water, and thickeners, but with more "flavor" compounds like acids and additives to punch up the flavor

Take your meds. There's no Miracle Whip conspiracy, it's just grass roots enthusiasm about America's favorite sandwich spread.
