I've been feeling ill past few days. Headache, stomach acid, drowsy. Ate an apple, feel better. Been eating other fruits and veggies but no apples cause ones I have kind of soft. Been apple a day for years, skipped a few and ill. Is this psychosomatic or are apple's really miracle food?

What your favorite kind of apple.
