Krispy Kreme has some kind of deal with Satan using black magic to get these things as light and airy as they. No other doughnut shop, grocer, or homemade version can match it's lack of density. Even Claire in BA's expensive test kitchen failed to replicate them. It's probably that escalator conveyor system with the fry oil gondola boat ride that makes it.

Anything that requires an annoying amount of preparation, dirties the workplace and scales well with quantity.
Making a few proper Schnitzels at home is annoying and you'll have to waste a lot of time if you fucked up, but they scale incredibly well for restaurants and canteens.
But maybe I'm prejudiced because of my single room with a tiny kitchen from the 90s.
