I've seen these at Costco. but the very idea of "cracker" is pretty antithetical to keto. A cracker is at its core just flour and water that you bake.

Maybe not technically a cracker but I tried these on a whim and they're really fuckin good, also only like 20kcal a piece. Might try their buckwheat ones next, I really like the dark types like rye or buckwheat and such but there aren't a lot out there.

Gonna have some smoked salmon, cream cheese, and capers on them tomorrow. Hype.
