Honey, definitely. Slices of banana as well if I have a banana. I call that my "triple whammy, need no jammy." I spontaneously said that to my sister once when I made it for her, and her sweet giggle made me feel very happy, so I've called it that ever since.

Blackberry jam or honey. If I do honey, I have it one of two ways. With honey and bananas, grilled in a skillet until the honey and peanut butter are melty and the outside is crispy. Like a grilled cheese but peanut butter. Or just peanut butter and honey, untoasted. Let it cool in the fridge so the honey sort of crystalizes.
