>ask coworker who organized the event if more apps are coming as I pile wings on my plate and consume about 15 bang bang shrimps
>ask a coworker who ordered a pizza if I can have a slice, take three slices and he eventually just gives me the rest after he ate like 2 pieces
>after the second round was begrudgingly ordered, I make a stink about wanting to try the fried mozzarella ravioli too
>seemingly outside of my body now, I ask my boss to order me a dinner plate sized cannoli just for me alone
>a coworker asks for a bite, and I tell her no, within earshot of multiple people
By the time I was finally full I felt extremely embarrassed, I don't know what came over me. It was like I was totally dissociated from myself and I didn't care about the social effects at all. Everyone was laughing at me, and i think I played it off successfully as a joke, i don't know.

Ultimately I ate 1 cannoli, 27 pieces of shrimp, a full plate of calamari, about a half pound of crab dip, 8 pieces of bread, 14 Buffalo wings, and half a personal sized pizza. My boss didn't say goodbye to me. Maybe I'm just being paranoid though.

And I really screwed myself over like 3 times in front of the actual billionaire bosses before I went back to college. And the one time is like forever in my mind.
