Do you peel you cukes?
I keep the rind on, cut them up and dip them in hummus.

I peel them when I don't want them to crunch as much, like for a salad. Otherwise I don't bother. I like putting a little bit of salt on them myself.

I peel one strip, leave a peeler"s width unpeeled, and repeat all the way around so they add visual interest when sliced and retain some of the nutritional content of the peel. I also cut the end off and rub it on the good part to draw out the cucumber smegma that makes them bitter.

I only consume cucumbers in the form of pickles, so no. I haven't actually tried pickling peeled peeled cucumbers though. I'd imagine they'd lose structural integrity to the point that they'd completely fall apart once I crammed them up my ass.

It depends on the kind of cucumber. For garden cucumbers with thick skin I'll peel them and probably remove the seeds if they seem to big. For Persian or English cucumbers I just eat the whole thing.
