I drank a smoothie made from vanilla icecream, bananas, and peanutbutter. You can add protein powder in it if you want too
funny thing is i never drank it again after it fully healed because one drink is like at least 1000 calories

You can try, but I couldn't eat scrambled eggs at all since attempting to chew pulled on the stitches too hard. I did have two full sets of wisdom teeth though, so they decided to cut into the gums and get that first set out before they came through.
