I love it on a good, natural casing hot dog. It's very easy to make if you want to try to get into fermentation and pickling. Water, salt, time. That's it. You can add additional stuff to spice it up. I like to put a few items on the dinner table to people to add to their plates. Sauerkraut, olives, beets. Folks can grab a few and toss on their plate with dinner. Good for probiotic health I think.
