It would have to be incredibly marbled & even then it'd be significantly worse than a pan. Works ok with salmon because it's essentially lined with fat & doesn't need the direct sear as much

Medium ish in the middle did about 3-4 min a side the edges are a bit mer well done and grey but the whole steak is jucy as hell also notice how I eat in a fucking kitchen

Its okay for finishing a steak after searing, but by itself it is not ideal. I seared my venison steaks in a pan with butter 1 side per minute, then finished in air fryer for 4 mins. Was perfect.
