Used to work at a sandwich shop they had a sandwich on the menu for a bit and it was phenomenal, didn't sell very much since it was named a bit odd.

Was on a a focaccia with cheese baked on top, had Caesar dressing one side, Dijon on the other, sliced chicken breast, bacon, Asiago cheese, red onions, lettuce (used red leaf lettuce) and these slow roasted not quite dehydrated like sun dried, almost like the ones you find in the oil, hard to explain, tomatoes almost like they were semi - cured.

Haven't been able to figure out how to make the bread which was a huge part of how good it was.
