My meal prep routine has been pretty much to thinly slice a few kilos of chicken at the start of the week and cook it for meals. I've found it cuts a lot of time off of cooking and makes it easy to make a hot lunch. Only problem here is thayive run out of recipes.

Beyond fajitas and east Asian food, how could you use stirfry sliced meats?

shit on a shingle, or "cream chipped beef" if you can't handle referring to it's proper name.

I don't know. But if you need help slicing that meat you should look into buying a carbon steel "Sujihiki" knife from Japan. They are perfect for general slicing, and unlike traditional "Yanagiba" they are double bevel, much easier to maintain and use.

It would probably work just fine in soups, or bunch up a few slices on a skewer and grill

probably but it's not recommended. you can get a much better deal by settling for a basic ho wood handle and kurouchi finish. this is the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi

I would brown it with onions and mushrooms, deglaze with a splash of beer and some stock, thicken with whatever starch you like and serve with mashed potatoes and some steamed green thing like asparagus or string beans

It depends on the marinade and how think you can get it.

If you slice it crazy crazy thin across the grain (freeze it, sharp knife) and then marinate it in something that tenderizes almost all of them are good to go. Using kiwis or pineapple juice in small amounts tenderizes well.

Sliced meat is great for sandwiches, served cold or hot. You can heat sliced in some sort of broth or gravy and serve eggs on top, like a kind of eggs benedict. Great in wraps which are super quick and satisfying to whip up when you have pre-cooked, pre-sliced meat at the ready.
