I buy different eggs each time I go, because I eat 3 dozen or so a week and its fun to try different things.

Based. I got my hands on some duck eggs today, probably gunna make 2 into an omelette, 2 hard boiled, and 2 as egg sandwiches throughout the week

Nice. Getting into non-chicken eggs is fun. I did do quail eggs because they're easy to get.
There is an ostrich farm about 40 minutes from me, which I just learned also sells ostrich eggs and I want to go get one for the fun of it.

I dream of one day getting to gorge myself on a giant ostritch omelette, please make a thread when you get an egg. Also ostritch meat is tasty, if they sell some I'd recommend
