I stuffed myself during Easter, stretching my stomach, and now I can't stop eating. How do I get the will power to stop eating and shoving food into my face? I'm 160lbs right now, but it's a slippery slope

Calculate maintenance calories, use myfitnesspal to shame yourself into not overeating. Keep busy with work and you won't think about eating. Supplement with caffeine and nicotine and drink a lot of water. If you can't help it, stuff yourself with relatively low calorie things like canned tuna, chicken breasts (read: Chick-fil-a grilled nuggets), veggies, tomato sauce.

Thank you for the suggestion. It's mostly snacks like tofu, tomatoes, crackers, homemade wontons, salad, homemade cake, noodles, waffles, etc. Lots of variation. I plan on not eating anything today. My tummy looks bloated when its normally flat and I dont want to become a nik avocado.
