Yeah, in terms of taste green vegetables tend to be pretty bad.

bok choy is for people who like cabbage but wish it had a lot more sand in it.

I'm not defending bok choy here. But, you do know you can wash your vegetables before you cook them, right?

Never had fresh from the garden bok choy. But, the stuff from the store is basically just about as bland as a vegetable can be.

My mother basically fucked me up good when I was a toddler by basically force feeding me soupy veggie dishes I hated. All it did was make me fussy and avoid vegetables for the longest time.

After slowly undoing the damage she did, I can now eat salads of Kale, Chard, Arugala, Sprouts, Radishes, and other stuff. Zesty Italian makes it all the better.

I started eating Asparagus with steaks and chicken for the first time just a few weeks ago. I wish I hadnt avoided them for so long. They taste kinda like green beans (which I hate), but the taste isnt as strong and is easily masked or goes good with meat.

>> No.17721772

Try seasoning and roasting them. If you still don't like it, suck it up or take a multivitamin.
