I can't do more than three days, I get tired of the food after that. But I normally do rice, pasta, veg, stir fry or a soup.

Nope, I work in a grocery storeso I usually hurt have an apple and some nuts or seeds or perhaps jerky. The former lasts a few days and buying an apple a day isn't very expensive. I just cook at home after work.

Muhfuggen THANKSGIVING IN JULY. Cool a small turkey and all the sides that you like and make individual meals for like a week and a half. All thanksgiving food keeps way longer than your average dinner.

Yeah, but depression sometimes catch up and i stop.

I usually prep on Mondays evenings/nights because garbage day is Tuesday.

My go to's:
>Chili
>Hunter Chicken
>Tuna / Egg Salad for sandwiches.

I also cut vegetables for the whole week to eat with lunch and snacks.
>Carrots
>Celery
>Broccoli
>Cucumbers
>Radishes

About every two/three days i'll cook up some carbs :

>Potaytoes
>Rice

Never noodles

Casseroles and soups mainly. But yeah, most of the fags on this site who do this are eating non-seasoned white rice, non-seasoned chicken breast and plain boiled broccoli.

I buy like 6 pounds of carrots, onion and celery, chop them up and freeze them (one bag for each veggie).
This makes daily cooking SO much faster.

I meal prep meat but cook vegetables fresh each meal, usually steamed or oven roasted. I eat twice a day and prep 10 meals a week. Remaining 4 meals are unprepped breakfasts.
4 chicken, 4 steak/porkchop and 2 fish is my usual system depending on what's on sale. I spread the prep throughout the week since the meat starts tasting weird after 4 days in the fridge.

I got some spaghetti and butternut squash, as well as some rainbow carrots to do up later this week. Tomorrow I'm making some blueberry jam.
