Why don't you use superior pre-minced garlic, /ck/? It's convenient, cheap, and most importantly, just as good as fresh chopped garlic. Honestly, people who still slave over garlic in 2022 are fools.

No, it's water + vinegar or citric acid. It needs some acidity as a preservative and to prevent botulism. But that acidity gives it a weird taste that makes it not work on everything.

You can buy garlic that's already peeled though. Doesn't seem to affect flavor much so if you want something more convenient you can just get that.
