I'll bite.

Buy almonds. Greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom. Sourdough english muffins. Eggs. Some sliced cheese. Chicken thighs. Either lettuce or salad mix. Hummus. Tortillas or pita or both. Make sure you have decent olive oil somewhere. Make sure you have decent hot sauce.

Eat the yogurt. Wait a while. Eat the almonds. Wait a while. These are filling foods. Maybe by lunchtime you'll want a poached egg or two over an english muffin.By dinner you can eat a baked chicken thigh and shred it up with spices for a good burrito. Use lots of that spring mix or whatever. Look at the actual calories on shit. You don't need to count, but you'll find that some things are actually super fucking calorie dense and they're not worth it.
