OP shouldn't be consuming all those empty calories, that's not healthy. A better option is a salmon fillet, a bunch of steamed broccoli and 800 calories of vodka. It's all about balance.

You could try a full ChongChing meal
It's fairly healthy and is low on calories
Would recommend

Appetizer
>Chicken feet--strengthens your jaw
Soup
>Bat soup --special health benefits
Main course
>Dog meat(cat is also preferable) -- lean and a nice source of protein
Side dish
>Braised testicles -- to make you an alpha male

You could fast 48 hours, eat 2000-2500 calories over six hours, and then start fasting 48 hours again. Rinse repeat. It will be much easier on you.
I've lost 25kg over the last four and a half month this way.

When I was restricting calories I thought it would be a good idea to eat obscene amounts of raw veggies, with a small amount of dressing but overall still pretty low calorie compared to popcorn or chips. It worked for killing cravings but the side effect was getting used to the huge volumes/feeling full.

My overweight comes from comfort eating. I'd chow down plenty of chips, candy and soda whenever I was bored, sad, mad, stressed etc.
You'll find that many fatties have untreated mental issues that cause their eating habits. It's really not any different from starting drinking or doing drugs,

1200kcal is sure not a lot. Avoid liquids with calories. Drink water, carbonated water, tea, coffee instead. Whatever you eat, be mindful of your portion control. Track your calories with a website or phone app (I use Cronometer). Eat lots of veggies and enjoy tasty fruit as a treat. Avoid processed foods.

Ive been eating 1200 per day for the past month (i've lost 10 lbs since then)
I usually eat 1 duck egg with 2 duck egg whites cooked in 7 grams of butter and a serving of frozen peas (237 calories)

Then at lunch its a salad with another boiled duck egg in it and an ounce of black beans with a low calorie dressing made from mustard and beet pickle brine (227 calories)

Snack is a small apple or 2 (138 calories for 2)

Then I have a massive gut filling soup for dinner made with a variety of vegetables with a small amount of fat either from duck fat or coconut oil, an ounce of black beans and 2 oz of potato, thickened with a bit of corn starch and 2 duck egg whites (363 calories)

For dessert I have a scoop of homemade frozen duck custard on a cake cone (221 calories)

Thats just shy of 1200. The soup is so filling that if there is any trace of hunger after that the frozen custard fills it.

Start with 2.5 cups of water
Add 1/4 of a large onion
1 clove of garlic
A handful of frozen peas or whatever frozen veg you have. About a quarter of a serving
A handful of kale or 2 oz of broccoli (any green brassica will do).
1 carrot peeled and diced into cubes. if the carrot is too big cut it in half.
1 stalk of celery diced into cubes
Salt, pepper, seasoning salt, and a splash of cooking wine. if you have pickle juice or soy sauce add that too.
7 grams or 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil or fat of your choice (I'm just trying to get rid of my old coconut oil, otherwise I use duck fat, any fat will do)
OPTIONAL: Dried vegetables. I used dried oyster mushrooms I foraged last year but they are all gone so I use dried tomatoes. The mushrooms are delicious and I like the dried tomato but its not for everyone.
2 teaspoons or 1 tablespoon of bullion (I prefer better than bullion beef flavor. If you have your own stock that you find flavorful omit this step)
Let the vegetables simmer for about 5 minutes before adding the softer vegetables.
Once simmered I add
1 ounce of cooked black beans
2 oz of leftover baked potatoes OR one ounce of cooked rice
Dried herbs of your choice
Once the carrots are soft (they take the longest to cook) then add 1 tablespoon of corn starch mixed with cold water.
Finally mix in 2 egg whites or 1 beaten egg, whatever you have.

This makes a gigantic, high volume, low calorie soup. Even if you are ravenous at the end of the day this will make you full on very little calories.

I've never been very large. But I got to 125 lbs this winter which is bordering overweight for someone of my stature and I prefer to be on the smaller size. My ideal weight is between 100 and 110 lbs. Once I get there I will add 300 calories to my diet to maintain and build muscle.

Damn, how short are you? My build is small as shit and I'm already technically underweight at 120. Also how much of a pain is it to use duck eggs in regular recipes given that they're bigger than chicken eggs? Does it fuck up baking?

I'm 5 feet even so 125 is big for me.

I feel like duck eggs actually help with baking rather than hurt it. I just use 1.5 chicken egg per duck egg or just do a 1 to 1 ratio because fuck it. Duck eggs seem to make baked goods a lot fluffier and richer. I really prefer them to chicken eggs.

I've been considering ducks over chickens specifically because of the richer eggs, but on the other hand I can't be assed to divide up duck eggs into chicken egg size. If it's possible to just substitute 1 for 1 and still have shit come out well then I guess that seals it.
