i made meat loaf for the first time recently, i'm a brit so i'd never had it before. i wasn't too keen on it for the first portion, it was a little soggy for whatever reason, but the second and third portions i'd reheated the following days were divine.

yeh meatloaf is delicious. i like to put onions and green bell pepper in mine. some worcestershire and garlic. for the breadcrumbs I use a sleeve of saltines, a granny taught me that years ago. for the glaze use a mix of karo syrup and ketchup
