Can you guys share some recipes for snacks and lunch for me to take to work? I bought a lunch box and I dont know what to eat to stop being pre-diabetic. Please help me, this thread could save my life.

all of this could be found on google, you dumb neet, but you can start by cutting out almost all sugar and processed carbs. as far as snacks go, lightly salted or unsalted pistachios and cashews are great for both feeling full (nuts are calorie dense) and they won't spike your blood sugar.

1 normal sized meal of basically whatever you want (try to reduce actual sugar as much as possible though) then 24, 48, or 72 hour fast, whatever you can actually stick to. Repeat until you aren’t pre-diabetic anymore and ideally are a healthy weight. Exercise accelerates things and is good for you but isn’t necessary. That’s it. This 100% works and will save your life.
